About the event
Our 120 minute gathering begins with a space opening and intention setting. We will then drop into a 75 minute practice set; a guided journey using tools such as somatics, breath-work, embodiment and meditation, to surrender our thinking mind to the wisdom of the body. After our journey, we will gather to witness one another in a sharing of experience - if a share serves you
Our practices are tools to bulletproof the nervous system. Not just to cultivate the virtue of living with greater levels of integrity, but to continue expanding our capacity wider and deeper, reflecting the width and depth of our capacity to be of open hearted service to those around us.
Our gatherings will aim not only to build neurological resilience through ancient practice, but to reach altered states of consciousness; to access a clarity from which we begin to listen to the more subtle communications…
